Speculative design takes over a city block.
Imagine a plausible future world based on present technologies.
For Creative Loafing’s Best of Atlanta” annual block party, we were asked to explore the theme of “time” by imagining a future world based on “plausible present technologies, ideas or milieus.” We took over a city block and told a story entirely through environmental signage. Our premise: If we could see signs from our future world, what would they tell us about who we have become?
“A truly thought-provoking exhibition in the public space."
